For nearly three decades, I’ve been designing and delivering training that actually makes a difference—whether inside the halls of the U.S. intelligence community or across local and global organizations.

Along the way, I’ve published work in MWorld, American Executive, and HR Magazine. I hold a Master’s in Organization Development, a Bachelor’s in Business Management, and certifications in MBTI, DiSC, AI Mastery, and Professional Coaching. I’m also a Licensed Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI).

But here’s the truth: I’m not all rubrics, facilitator guides, and curriculum maps. I’m a lover of live music, Broadway, film, comedy, fine dining, and fine wine. My happy places? Italy, Alaska, Walla Walla, or somewhere on a cruise ship. I share life in Frederick, Maryland with my partner, Mike, and our two African Senegal parrots, Chex and Trix.

I believe in the power of stories—and in chasing the ones that won’t leave you alone. That’s why I’m co-writing a television series and developing screenplays with my best friend, David. Some dreams don’t fade with time; they just get louder until you finally say, “Alright, I hear you.”
